Here you can download the precompiled packages of MorphoMechanX for Ubuntu 24.04/Linux Mint 22.
The CellMaker AddOn, used to generate artificial cellular templates or modify confocal microscopy based one is also provided. MMX and CellMaker are both AddOns of MorphoDynamX.
MorphoMechanX is constituted by models. Basic models are provided via the Gitlab repository: https://gitlab.nfdi4plants.de/gabriellamosca/mmx_models.
The most recent models associated to publications are provided via Zenodo with a citable doi and are indicated in the Publication section.
